Conservas Pinhais has always honoured the legacy of artisanal excellence, and these new products pay tribute to its roots. Reviving the original recipe for Pinhais’ ‘Caldeirada’ (fish stew), we have carefully re-edited this valuable tradition, combining the finest ingredients with the same dedication to quality and the artisanal process.

For its part, Conservas Pinhais brings the same recipe, faithful to its origins, but this time with delicate and delicious mackerel fillets, offering a historic favourite.

Sardines on a Bed of Coriander
Ingredients:
- 1 tin of NURI Sardines in Stew
- Sourdough bread
- Onion
- 3 avocados
- Olive oil (150ml)
- Coriander
- Lemon juice (75ml)
- Salt and pepper
Preparation time:
Combine the avocados, olive oil, coriander, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a blender to prepare the coriander sauce. Spread the sauce on a plate and place the sardines and tinned tomatoes on top. To finish, add the onion in olive oil and serve with slices of sourdough bread for a perfect combination.
