Our Suggestions:
Sardine on a Bed of Coriander Sauce
Ingredients:
1 tin of NURI SARDINE STEW
Sourdough bread
Onion
3 avocados
Olive oil (150ml)
Coriander
Lemon juice (75ml)
Salt and Pepper
Prepare Method:
Join the avocados, olive oil, coriander, lemon juice, salt and pepper on a blender to do the Coriander Sauce. Spread the sauce on a plate and place the sardines and tomato from the tin on top. To finish, add some onion in olive oil and serve with slices of sourdough bread for a great match.
Mackerel Fillets Couscous Stew-Style
Ingredients:
1 can of Pinhais Mackerel Fillets in Stew
Couscous with peppers
Onion
Olive oil
Oregano
Basil
Prepare Method:
Serve a portion of couscous with peppers to your liking. Open the can of Pinhais Mackerel Fillets in Stew and place the mackerel fillets on top of the couscous along with the other ingredients from the stew. As a finishing touch for a delicious recipe, add onion with olive oil, fresh basil leaves, and oregano.
